GoLeadUs is a one person practice. The person who audits your setup is the person who rebuilds it and the person who runs it. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor, and nothing is explained to you second hand.
Why the audit comes first
Almost every setup I have been asked to fix had already been fixed once. A new website on top of a broken enquiry form. A rebuilt ad account feeding a CRM nobody opened. The part that looked broken was rarely the part that was, and the previous provider had been paid to rebuild the symptom.
So I read first. All of it, not just the bit I was called about. The audit exists because a week of reading is cheaper than a month of rebuilding the wrong thing, and because it means the quote for the rebuild is a real number rather than a guess.
Background
My background is IT administration and building things: Microsoft 365 tenancies and phone systems, CRMs, ecommerce stores, document automation, web applications. The reason the audit reads your phones and your invoice templates as well as your ad account is that I have run all of them, and I know where each one quietly breaks.
That is also why the restructure covers redesign as well as repair. A setup can work perfectly and still look like it was bought off the shelf. The standard on this site is the standard the work is held to.
Capacity
One person, a small number of clients at a time, and I will say when the calendar is full rather than stretch. If you enquire and I cannot start for a few weeks, you will be told that on the first reply, not discovered halfway through.
