Book the audit
Email is the fastest route. Tell me what the business does and what is bothering you. I will reply with what an audit of your setup would cover, how long it would take, and a fixed figure.

What to put in the email
Three things. It does not need to be long.
-
01
What the business does
One or two lines. Who buys from you, and roughly how they find you now.
-
02
What is bothering you
The symptom, in your words. Enquiries dried up, the website embarrasses you, the CRM is a graveyard, the ads spend and nothing happens. Whatever it is.
-
03
Your website address
So I can take a first look before I reply, and the reply is specific rather than generic.
What happens next
You get a written reply from me, not a calendar link or an autoresponder. It covers what the audit would read in your case, how long it would take, and a fixed figure. If I do not think an audit is the right first step for you, the reply says that instead, with what I would do.
If you would rather talk first, say so in the email and I will send a time.
