What is collected, and why
This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what. Written in plain language, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not protecting you.
When you email or use the form
I receive what you send: your name, your business, your email address, your website address if you give it, and whatever you write about the problem. It is used to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to do the work. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a list you did not ask to join.
Messages are kept while the enquiry is live and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. Ask and they will be deleted sooner.
When you visit the site
There is no analytics on this site and no advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third party, so no font provider sees your visit. If analytics is added in future, this page will say so before it is switched on, and it will be configured without advertising features.
The host that serves these pages keeps ordinary server logs, which include your IP address and the pages requested. That is standard for any website and is used only to keep the site running.
Third parties
Email is handled by a mail provider, and if the contact form is switched on it is processed by a form service. Both see the content of what you send in order to deliver it. Neither is given permission to use it for anything else.
Your rights, and how to ask
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time, by emailing adam@goleadus.com. You will get a reply in writing.
