Three engagements

Fixed figure, quoted first

Three ways to work together, in order. Each is quoted as a fixed figure before it starts. There is no hourly rate, no retainer that drifts upward, and no invoice at the end that differs from the quote at the start.

The three

Audit

One week. Fixed fee, quoted before it starts.

The full read, across everything above. Findings ranked by what they are worth, in a written document you keep whether or not we go further.

Does not include making the changes. That is the restructure.

Restructure

Fixed price and fixed scope, four to six weeks.

Rebuilding the parts the audit found wanting. A website redesign, an ad account rebuilt from the ground up, a CRM that finally matches how you sell, the templates and automations between them.

Does not include ad spend or software subscriptions. Those are paid to the platforms directly.

Run

Month to month, six month minimum.

Running what was built, reporting on the numbers that move, and being the one person you call about any of it.

Does not include new builds beyond what shipped in the restructure. Those are scoped separately.

How the figure is set

The audit ranks. You choose the cut line. The quote covers everything above it.

The figure moves with three things: how many systems sit above the line, whether any advertising account needs re-verification with the platform, and how much of the content already exists versus has to be written. All three are visible in the audit before you decide anything.

Once quoted, the figure is fixed. Work that surfaces mid build and sits outside the scope is written down and offered separately. Terms are set out in the quote, in plain language.

Who this is built for

Businesses where the digital setup is load bearing. The enquiries, the bookings and the invoices run through it, and a week of it misbehaving costs more than fixing it properly. The owner is busy running the business and does not want to become an expert in ad platforms, CRMs and email authentication in order to stop losing money to them.

If that is you, you are paying for one person to read the whole thing, fix it in the right order, and stay on the phone. If it is not, there are cheaper providers and they are often the right call.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone shopping on price. This is not the cheapest option available and is not trying to be.
  • Anyone who wants the rebuild without the read.
  • Businesses with an internal team that already owns all of this.
  • Anyone who needs it by Friday.

The audit is the way in. One week, and you keep the document either way.
