The method

How it runs

Four steps, in order. Each one is blocked by the one before it, which is why the audit is not optional and why nothing gets rebuilt on a guess.

Book the audit

Read

One week. The audit.

I ask for access to the accounts and systems, not for your time. Then I read: the website, the ad accounts, the CRM, the email and domain, the phones and Microsoft 365, the documents, the ecommerce, and the manual steps between them.

Every finding gets evidence, a cost, a fix and a rank. Nothing goes in the document as an opinion.

Report

The walkthrough.

We go through the written audit together, in plain language. You see what is wrong, what it is costing, and what I would do first.

Then you decide. Some clients act on the document themselves or with their own team. Some go on to the restructure. A clean report, with little to fix, is a good outcome and I will say so.

Restructure

Four to six weeks. Fixed price, fixed scope.

You choose the cut line on the audit's ranking. I quote a fixed figure for everything above it, with a fixed finish date, and a written update every week while it is built.

Nothing outside the scope is squeezed in. Nothing that was working gets touched.

Run

Month to month. Six month minimum.

The same person who read the setup and rebuilt it keeps running it. A written report every month, a call if you want one, and one number for anything that comes up.

What is asked of you

Access, not time.

Logins

Read access to the accounts on day one of the audit. Where a login cannot be shared, a short session with you at the keyboard.

Decisions

Two of them. Where the cut line sits after the audit, and whether to go on to run after the restructure.

Nothing else

You do not need to learn the platforms, write the briefs, or manage the work. That is the point of paying for it.

The audit is the way in. One week, and you keep the document either way.
